Custom bags take roughly 4-6 weeks to dispatch pending materials, complexity, and demand. Whilst we always try to adhere to timelines, we hope you understand that good things take time. If you have a deadline, be sure to inform us and we will do our best to work towards it.
How do i order a bag?

For our ready-to-wear capsule, sign up to our mailing list to be notified of our upcoming drop! These items can be ordered as usual and will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated.
WHat is the custom order process?
Custom orders are designed by you, and made by us. We start with a virtual consult followed by a finalised visual and written brief. Once confirmed and payment has been made, we will begin sourcing the materials for your custom beauty.
What are the shipping timeframes like?
FREE worldwide shipping for orders over $300 AUD.
International deliveries vary depending on the destination country and customs processes, ranging from 3-7 business.
Delivery times to specific countries include:

UK: 5–7 business days
USA: 5–7 business days
Malaysia: 3–5 business days
